Everyone encounters conflict–whether it be with a coworker, family member, friend, or complete stranger. It’s usually not a big blow up—it’s more like the tense conversation around the breakfast table or the difficulties with an angry neighbor, an overbearing boss, or a moody teenager. These everyday conflicts build up walls and tear down relationships wherever they occur. And yet we all desire harmony in our relationships. This study will forever change how conflict looks in your life.

What topics does it cover?

  • The root cause of conflict
  • When to overlook an offense or to confront
  • How to understand things that escalate or deescalate conflict
  • How to deal with difficult people and much more
