The Vital Info:

MARCH 23rd is the drop dead date, but we would love to have at least a verbal by March 12th.

  • Due March 23rd:
      • $250 non-refundable deposit
      • Colored copy of passport or Proof you are in the process
      • Signed medical release from MCC
      • Completed merge documents: volunteer release, holds harmless, individual participant form and insurance.
  • Depart Monday July 7th, SFO @ 1:00 am
  • Return Monday July 14th, SFO @ 11:25 pm
  • Total Cost $1250
    • Individual’s cost may be defrayed by:
      • sending support letters which raises funds, while building up an informed support team.
      • Good ol’ fashioned work and saving.
    • Cost covers training, transportation, food, housing, construction costs and supplies.
  • MANDATORY meetings Sunday March 23rd, May 18th (fundraiser), Sunday June 29th, and individual team meetings as needed.
