MCC Explorer’s Course is a full (and fun) orientation to Marin Covenant Church, held on one Sunday morning, seeking to address questions including:
- Where did MCC come from?
- What do we believe?
- Where do we invest in ministry around the world?
- Who is the Evangelical Covenant Church (Denomination)?
- Who are our Pastors and Staff… and what do they do?
- How does one get connected and involved at MCC?
You‘ll have a chance to get to know many of MCC’s Pastors, leaders, and staff. You’ll get to meet a bunch of other “new-ish” people. And you’ll end up knowing everything you’ve ever wanted to know about Marin Covenant!
Part of the reason this is such a complete orientation, is that it is the first step in the process for those interested in formal membership at MCC. But most of those who attend are simply those who are still learning about our church. People tell us that the Explorer’s Course was the best thing they did to help them learn the “in’s and out’s” of MCC.
The Details:
- 9 AM – Noon (Yep, we skip “big” church that day!)
- In the Muir Woods/Mount Tam room in office building conference room next door to MCC (look for signs)
